PROPERTY SOURCING
We can offer you a full due diligence report including information on location, local regeneration, transport links, sites, specifications, full financial report, comparables of similar properties and rental projections based on interviews with local agents for each development you are interested in.
CONVEYANCING
We work very closely with a team of solicitors who specialise in the conveyancing of off plan and new build properties. Each of our recommended solicitors has been hand picked for their expertise and offer a high level of customer service as well as a preferential rate.
SALES PROGRESSION
Once you have reserved a property, you will be contacted immediately by one of our sales progression coordinators who will be your point of contact until completion. Our coordinator will liase with your mortgage broker and solicitor in order to ensure you exchange and complete successfully within the required timeframe.
LETTINGS
We can recommend a letting agent for each development offered. We negotiate a discount for full letting and management service on your behalf. In most cases we can also arrange for the property to be marketed prior to completion, reducing the possibility of rental void.
